171 Impersonating certain persons
(1)
A person must not pretend to be a licensed provider, an agent, a key person licensee or a gaming official.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
(2)
A person must not connive at the commission of an offence against subsection (1).Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
