51 Notice referring question of disciplinary action to Governor in Council
This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the Minister still believes—
a ground exists to suspend or cancel the interactive gambling licence; and
the act, omission or other thing constituting the ground is of a serious and fundamental nature; and
either—
the integrity of the conduct of interactive games by the licensed provider may be jeopardised in a material way; or
the public interest may be affected in an adverse or material way.
This section also applies if, after considering the accepted representations for a show cause notice, the Minister directs the licensed provider to rectify a matter and the licensed provider fails to comply with the direction within the time allowed for compliance.
The Minister must forward to the Governor in Council—
