54 Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension
(1)
If an interactive gambling licence is under suspension, the Governor in Council may at any time—
(a)
cancel the suspension; or
(b)
reduce the remaining period of suspension by a stated period.
(2)
The Minister must promptly give written notice of the decision of the Governor in Council to the licensed provider.
