17 Review of decision of chief executive
(1)
This section applies to a licensed provider or claimant given an information notice for a decision of the chief executive under section 15 or 16.
(2)
The licensed provider or claimant may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision of the chief executive.
(3)
Sections 254 to 256 of the Act apply to a proceeding for the review.
