Fees payable under the Act are stated in section 22 and schedule 3.
(2)
A fee stated in schedule 3, item 4 may consist of, or include, an amount for part of an hour that is the equivalent of the relevant proportion of the hourly rate, stated in the schedule, worked out using 15-minute periods (wholly or partly completed).
