18 Investigations about suitability of persons
(1)
The chief executive may make investigations about a proposed keno licensee to help the Minister to decide whether the person is a suitable person to hold a keno licence.
(2)
The chief executive may make investigations about a business or executive associate of a proposed keno licensee to help the Minister to decide whether the person is a suitable person to be associated with a keno licensee’s operations.
