32 Registrar’s procedures on lodgement and registration of instrument
(1)
When an instrument is lodged in the land registry, the registrar must note on the instrument—
(a)
the date and time of lodgement; and
(b)
an identifying reference.
(2)
When the instrument is registered, the registrar must record the information mentioned in subsection (1)(a) and (b) in the appropriate register.
