36 Evidentiary effect of certified copies of documents
(1)
A document purporting to be a certified copy of the indefeasible title of a lot obtained under section 35(1)(b) is evidence of the indefeasible title.
(2)
A document purporting to be a certified copy of a registered instrument obtained under section 35(1)(b) is evidence of the registered instrument.
