64 Chief executive officer of Legal Aid
(1)
Legal Aid is to have a chief executive officer.
(2)
The chief executive officer is to be appointed by the Governor in Council, by gazette notice, on the board’s recommendation.
(3)
The chief executive officer is to be appointed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022.
