86 Evidence
A certificate purporting to be given by Legal Aid and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
(a)
Legal Aid gave a stated person legal assistance for a stated matter;
(b)
Legal Aid incurred expense of a stated amount in giving the legal assistance;
(c)
a stated amount was, on the day stated in the certificate, payable by a stated legally assisted person to Legal Aid.
