88 Regulation-making power

(1)

The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.

(2)

Without limiting subsection (1), a regulation may prescribe anything necessary or convenient to be prescribed—

(a)

to enable a legal assistance arrangement to be made; or

(b)

for performing or giving effect to a legal assistance arrangement.
