581E Documents produced to special investigator
(1)
If a document is produced to a special investigator under this chapter, the special investigator may keep the document for the period that the special investigator reasonably considers necessary for the investigation.
(2)
The special investigator must allow a person who would be entitled to inspect the document if it were not being kept by the special investigator to inspect the document at all reasonable times.
(3)
The special investigator must allow an owner of the document to copy it.
