581L Costs of investigation
(1)
This section applies if an investigated entity is convicted of an offence against the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002, section 71(1) or (2) or 71B.
(2)
The commissioner may recover the costs of and incidental to an investigation under this chapter from the investigated entity.
