29 Converting a business unit to a commercial business unit
(1)
A local government must make the decision to convert a business unit to a commercial business unit by resolution.
(2)
A local government converts a business unit to a commercial business unit by changing the way in which the business unit is conducted to agree with the key principles of commercialisation.
