30 Creating a commercial business unit
(1)
A local government must make the decision to create a commercial business unit by resolution.
(2)
The decision may be made in the same resolution the local government makes to commercialise a significant business activity.
(3)
A commercial business unit may be created to conduct more than 1 significant business activity.
