100 Form of energy authorised to be sold
(1)
A retailer authorisation may authorise the sale of electricity or gas.
(2)
A retailer authorisation cannot be varied to change or add to the form of energy that the applicant is authorised to sell to customers, as specified in the notice under section 94.
(3)
This section does not prevent an application for or the grant of another retailer authorisation.
