89 Applications
(1)
A person may apply to the AER for a retailer authorisation.
(2)
An application may be made by 2 or more persons acting in their capacity as members of a partnership or joint venture.
(3)
If an application is made under subsection (2), a reference to an applicant under this Part will be taken to be a reference to the persons who made the application jointly (and they may satisfy any criteria or other requirement on a joint basis).
