96A Retailer authorisation may be held jointly
(1)
A retailer authorisation may be held jointly by 2 or more persons.
(2)
If a retailer authorisation is held jointly by 2 or more persons, those persons are jointly and severally liable to meet requirements imposed under any of the energy laws.
