158 Information must be complete, accurate and legible
(1)
The holder must ensure that information included in the record is—
(a)
complete and accurate; and
(b)
legible; and
(c)
in ink.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
However, subsection (1)(c) does not apply in relation to a record kept in an electronic form.
