162 When information must be included in record
The holder must ensure the information required to be included in the record under subdivision 1 is included—
(a)
for information a conservation plan states must be included in the record—on the day stated in the conservation plan; or
(b)
for other information—within 72 hours after the event to which the information relates happens.
Maximum penalty—120 penalty units.
