159 How records must be kept
(1)
The holder must keep the record—
(a)
in a written or electronic record system; and
(b)
in a way that ensures the record is available on request by a conservation officer.
(2)
If the record is kept in an electronic record system (the primary system) and the primary system is not working on the day particular information must be included in the record—
(a)
the information must be recorded in a written record system or another electronic record system; and
(b)
the written record system or other electronic record system is taken to be a part of the primary system.
