16 Vulnerable wildlife
(1)
For section 78B of the Act, a plant mentioned in schedule 1, part 2, division 5, subdivision 1 is prescribed as vulnerable wildlife.
(2)
The declared management intent applicable to a plant mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the plant having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1, part 2, division 5, subdivision 2.
