18 Least concern wildlife
(1)
For section 80 of the Act, a plant mentioned in schedule 1, part 2, division 7, subdivision 1 is prescribed as least concern wildlife.
(2)
The declared management intent applicable to a plant mentioned in subsection (1) is to manage the plant having regard to the matters mentioned in schedule 1, part 2, division 7, subdivision 2.
