74X Compliance with land access code
A 1923 Act petroleum tenure holder must—
(a)
comply with the mandatory provisions of the land access code to the extent it applies to the holder; and
(b)
ensure any other person carrying out an authorised activity for the holder complies with the mandatory provisions of the land access code.
