75 Obligation to survey if Minister requires
(1)
The Minister may, by notice to the holder, require the holder to survey or re-survey the area of the tenure within a stated reasonable period.
(2)
The holder must cause the survey or re-survey to be carried out by a person registered as a cadastral surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003.
(3)
The holder must pay any costs incurred in complying with the notice.
