74Z Obligation to comply with Act and prescribed standards
(1)
The holder must—
(a)
comply with this Act; and
(b)
in carrying out an authorised activity for the tenure, comply with—
(i)
any standard that the tenure provides for the activity; and
(ii)
to the extent that the tenure does not provide a standard for the activity—any standard prescribed under a regulation for carrying out the activity.
(2)
In this section—
standard includes an Australian Standard, an international standard or a code or protocol.
