120 Discovery and use of water
Where water is discovered in a permit area or in a licence area, the permittee or licensee, as the case may be, shall, within a period of 1 month after the date of the discovery, furnish to the Minister in writing particulars of the discovery. Maximum penalty—135 penalty units.
