121 Survey of wells etc.
The Minister may, at any time, by instrument in writing served on a permittee or licensee, direct the permittee or licensee—
to carry out a survey of the position of the well, structure or equipment specified in the instrument; and
to furnish to the Minister a report in writing of the survey.
Where the Minister is not satisfied with a report of a survey furnished to the Minister under subsection (1) by a permittee or licensee, the Minister may, by instrument in writing served on the permittee or licensee, direct the permittee or licensee to furnish further information in writing in connection with the survey.
A person to whom a direction is given under subsection (1) or (2) shall comply with the direction.Maximum penalty—135 penalty units.
