94 Notices of grants of permits etc. to be published
The Minister shall cause notice of, and such particulars as the Minister thinks fit of—
the grant, and the grant of the renewal, of a permit, licence or pipeline licence; and
the variation of a licence or pipeline licence; and
the surrender or cancellation of a permit or licence as to all or some of the blocks in the permit area or licence area; and
the determination of a permit as to a block or blocks; and
an application for a pipeline licence or for the renewal or variation of a pipeline licence; and
the surrender or cancellation of a pipeline licence as to the whole or a part of the pipeline; and
the expiry of a permit, licence or pipeline licence;
under this part to be published in the gazette.
