30 Obstructing investigation or audit
(1)
A person must not obstruct or improperly influence the conduct of an investigation or audit.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
In this section—
influence includes attempt to influence.
obstruct includes hinder, resist and attempt to obstruct.
