27 Change of licensee’s address
(1)
If a licensee changes the licensee’s home address, or an address (the register address) mentioned in section 26(2)(a) or (b), the licensee must, within 7 days after the change, give the chief executive—
(a)
for a change of home address—notice of the change; or
(b)
for a change of register address—
(i)
signed notice of the change; and
(ii)
the licensee’s licence.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2)
If the chief executive is given a licence under subsection (1)(b)(ii) and is satisfied of the correctness of the change, the chief executive must give the licensee another copy of the licence stating the new address.
