33 Return of expired licence
A licensee must return the licensee’s licence to the chief executive, within 14 days after the licence expires, unless—
(a)
the licensee has applied for the renewal or restoration of the licence under section 13 or 14, and the application has not been decided by the chief executive; or
(b)
the licensee has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
