30 Licensee must give notice if licence lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged
If a licensee’s licence is lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged in a way that requires its replacement, the licensee must give the chief executive signed notice as soon as practicable after becoming aware the licence is lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged in a way that requires its replacement. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
