61 Disposal of pawned property
(1)
Subsection (2) applies if the redemption period for property taken as a pawn expires and the property is sold or disposed of.
(2)
The pawnbroker must enter in the pawnbroker’s property register the particulars prescribed under a regulation for the property.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
