65 Person may inspect property register
(1)
Subsection (2) applies if a person gives a pawnbroker a pawn ticket or a replacement pawn ticket for property taken by the pawnbroker as a pawn from the person and the pawnbroker has sold or disposed of the property.
(2)
The person may—
(a)
inspect the property register containing the entry for the property; and
(b)
make a copy of the entry.
