56M Finalising investigation report
(1)
The Coordinator-General must consider any submissions made under section 56L(4).
(2)
The Coordinator-General may make any amendments to the investigation report, including in response to any submissions made, that the Coordinator-General considers appropriate.
(3)
The Coordinator-General must give the Minister—
(a)
the investigation report including any amendments made under subsection (2); and
(b)
if submissions were made under section 56L(4)—a report outlining the submissions and any changes made in response to the submissions.
