159F Resignation
(1)
An enforcement officer may resign by signed notice given to the registrar.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to an enforcement officer if—
(a)
the officer is a contracted debt collector appointed under section 159C(a); and
(b)
holding office as an enforcement officer is a condition of the contract under section 10(2) under which the debt collector is engaged.
