32L Decision on application
After receiving an application for a work and development order under section 32J, the registrar must—
make the order as applied for; or
refuse to make the order.
The registrar must refuse to make the work and development order if making the order would result in more than the maximum number, as prescribed by regulation, of work and development orders applying to the person proposed to be subject to the order.
If the registrar makes the work and development order as applied for—
the registrar must give a copy of the order to the person to be subject to the order; and
the order takes effect when the order is made or on the later date stated in the order.
