32S External review of decisions under this part
(1)
This section applies to a person entitled to be given notice of any of the following decisions—
(a)
a decision to refuse to make a work and development order under section 32L;
(b)
a decision to refuse to vary a work and development order under section 32O;
(ba)
a decision to refuse to withdraw a work and development order under section 32P;
(c)
a decision to vary or revoke a work and development order under section 32Q.
(2)
The person may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision.
