29 Statutory instrument may provide review
(1)
A statutory instrument may provide for the review of, or a right of appeal against, a decision made under—
(a)
the statutory instrument; or
(b)
the Act or other statutory instrument under which the statutory instrument is made or in force.
(2)
A statutory instrument that is a statutory rule may, for the purpose of subsection (1), confer jurisdiction on any court, tribunal, person or body.
