63 Tabling of subordinate legislation
(1)
This section applies to subordinate legislation, other than exempt subordinate legislation, that—
(a)
was notified or published in the gazette before the commencement of this section; and
(b)
at the commencement, has not been tabled under section 49.
(2)
Section 49 applies in relation to the subordinate legislation as if the reference to notified under section 47 were a reference to notified or published in the gazette.
