179 Obstructing movement of stock
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct the movement of travelling stock on the stock route network.Examples of obstructing the movement of travelling stock—
1 building a fence, locking a gate or using vehicles or animals to prevent stock movement
2 making noise to alarm stock
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
