181 Placing things on the stock route network

(1)

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, place any thing on the stock route network if the thing is likely to harm stock travelling on the network.Examples of thing—an animal carcass or part of the carcass, a car body, old fencing, wire or ropeMaximum penalty—50 penalty units.

(2)

In subsection (1)—harm includes obstruct or otherwise interfere with.
