281 Failure to give information

(1)

A person of whom a requirement is made under section 280 must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.

(2)

It is a reasonable excuse for a person not to give the information if giving the information might tend to incriminate the person.
