283 Failure to produce document
(1)
A person required to make available, or produce, for inspection a document under section 282(1) must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
A person has a reasonable excuse if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
