304 Delegation by Minister

(1)

The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service officer.

(2)

However, the Minister may not delegate the Minister’s power to—

(a)

require a local government to pay an amount under section 187; or

(b)

establish an advisory committee under section 303.
