316 Vesting of former authority’s assets, rights and liabilities
(1)
On the commencement, the assets, rights and liabilities of the former authority vest in the rabbit board.
(2)
If, under another Act, a person is responsible for keeping a register about dealings with an asset mentioned in subsection (1), the rabbit board must do all acts and things necessary to record the vesting in the register.
