317 Vesting of former authority’s pending legal proceedings
(1)
This section applies to a legal proceeding that—
(a)
was taken by or against a following entity before the commencement—
(i)
the former authority;
(ii)
a member of the board of the former authority in the person’s capacity as a member of the former authority; and
(b)
has not been finished before the commencement.
(2)
From the commencement, the proceeding may be continued and finished by or against the rabbit board.
