72 Notice of change in circumstances

(1)

Within 20 business days after a change in a registrant’s circumstances prescribed under a regulation, the registrant must give the board written particulars of the change.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

(2)

In this section—

change, in a registrant’s circumstances—

(a)

means a change affecting the registrant’s registration or details contained in the relevant register; but

(b)

does not include a change in the business name under which the registrant carries on a business providing surveying services.
