73 Claims by persons as to registration
(1)
A person who is not a registrant must not claim to hold, or hold himself or herself out as holding, a registration or registration endorsement.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
A registrant must not falsely claim to hold—
(a)
a registration or registration endorsement; or
(b)
if disciplinary conditions have been imposed on the registrant’s registration, a registration without the conditions.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(3)
A person does not contravene subsection (1) or (2) merely because the person carries out a survey.
